Genie - 3rd read - 56%
Somehow, I'm 56% through the third read of Genie. Smoothing, changing, tweaking, now around 78,300 words.
My eyes are weeping from trying to cram reading sessions in to every break I get, and I'm mentally exhausted. Got to try and get read three finished before the weekend, when I'll have bugger all time to myself; playing hostess.
It gets like this towards the end. Reading and polishing until I'm utterly sick of the project.
One positive will be the first efforts of the artist, which I hope will land towards the end of next week.
