Don't you just hate it...
...when an alpha reader sends back a doc file with notes added.
You get through a chunk of it and then delete loads of pages to make it shorter... only to find that change tracking has been enabled and, instead of deleting forty-odd pages, you just end up with shed loads of green, struck-through text.
*sigh*
