Reading progress update: I've read 18 out of 279 pages.
I've got to go to hospital today ... and this book is coming with me; because hospitals usually mean loads of waiting inside, while a parking meter clocks up outside.
She seemed to have an aura. Was that the right word? Dangerous things auras. If you get to close to one it'll suck you into its vortex and by the time you come out the other side, you're not the man you were. Then again, if there were any sucking to be had, would you care?
